    Imposes new statutory duties on those responsible for qualifying premises and events to take steps to reduce vulnerability to and the impact of terrorist attacks.

    • Standard tier: 200 to 799 capacity (lower duties)
    • Enhanced tier: 800+ capacity (additional duties including documented terrorism evaluation)
    • Designated person responsible for compliance
    • Inspectorate with enforcement powers
