    1. Our Commitment

Infinity Pulse is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to ensure we provide equal access to all users.

This accessibility statement applies to the Infinity Pulse website and web application.

    2. Conformance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

Infinity Pulse is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA.

Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.

    3. Accessibility Features

We have taken the following measures to ensure accessibility:

    • Keyboard Navigation: All interactive elements can be accessed using a keyboard
    • Screen Reader Compatibility: Content is structured with semantic HTML and ARIA labels where appropriate
    • Colour Contrast: Text and interactive elements meet WCAG AA contrast requirements
    • Resizable Text: Text can be resized up to 200% without loss of content or functionality
    • Focus Indicators: Visible focus states for all interactive elements
    • Alternative Text: Images include descriptive alternative text
    • Consistent Navigation: Navigation is consistent throughout the website
    • Form Labels: All form inputs have associated labels
    • Error Identification: Form errors are clearly identified and described

    4. Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility, there may be some limitations. Below is a description of known limitations and potential solutions:

    User-Uploaded Content

Content uploaded by users (such as profile images or documents) may not always include alternative text. We encourage users to add descriptions where possible.

    Third-Party Content

Some third-party integrations may have their own accessibility limitations that are outside our direct control. We work with vendors to address these issues where possible.

    PDF Documents

Some older PDF documents may not be fully accessible. We are working to remediate these documents and ensure all new documents meet accessibility standards.

    5. Compatibility

Infinity Pulse is designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies:
