Members who join under the promotional £29/month rate are guaranteed this price for the lifetime of their continuous active subscription. If a subscription is cancelled or lapses due to payment failure that is not rectified within 7 days, the member forfeits this rate and must rejoin at the current market price.
You may cancel your membership at any time via the Dashboard. Access remains active until the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued.
All courses, videos, SOPs, and templates provided on Infinity Pulse remain the intellectual property of Infinity Pulse. You are granted a license for personal/business use, but you may not resell, redistribute, or share login credentials.
You retain full ownership of the data, text, and images you upload to the Website Builder. You grant Infinity Pulse a license to host and display this content on your behalf.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
